IAGL Developer Portal
IAG Loyalty looked to revamp its existing developer portal, which suffered from poor usability and limited customisability, which reduced. I joined the team responsible for developing the initial MVP, where I led the UX design, creating a prototype based on key requirements.
Later, I collaborated with a discovery team to explore improvements such as advanced search and multilingual support. My role focused on designing wireframes for high-priority features, ensuring they met user needs and business objectives.
Throughout the project, I worked with cross-functional teams to review user journeys and redesign the experience.
The discovery phase resulted in a prioritised feature backlog and a detailed analysis of technical feasibility and risks, providing IAG Loyalty with a clear development roadmap for a more user-friendly portal.
